form I-130 timing
Need advice. Wife is a US citizen. Submitted family reunification documents (form I-130) in March 2023, the case is still pending at USCIS. Submitted in Washington DC. Looked at the website for the case processing time, it came to 1 week, but then changed to 14 months, and so throughout the case processing. Also, on November 15, 2023, the case was transferred to Nebraska. The website stated that it would be possible to write to USCIS in January 2025, but at the end of December 2024, they changed it to March 2025, and in March they changed it again to April 2025, and now it is only possible in 2030. Has anyone encountered a similar issue, or can anyone suggest what to do to receive an answer? Thank you in advance!

Send an inquiry to USCIS. Contact them via livechat Emma. It's not normal.

@Timur D did Trump answer? if so, what was the outcome?

@Dimi Bam As part of the letter to Trump, about a month later, we received a response from USCIS stating that our case was being reviewed. We were told that we could reapply after 120 days.
