@beesz h is your form i824 considered as F-category? im just wondering since ours is vawa then proceed to form i824. i dont know what's our category and if its family category, i heard there's a big backlog when it comes to scheduling an interview ir receiving IL. did you receive yours? can you share your timeline

@angel nicole since the abuser is an american citizen it was considered immediate relative (IR) of a US citizen and I was under age when we applied for VAWA in OCT 2020, got approved JAN 2024, applied for 824 in FEB 2024, got approved DEC 2024 and received welcome letter from NVC 2 weeks later, sent all documents by FEB 2025 and my lawyer made a mistake which delayed being documentarly qualified but after all that my interview is in a couple of weeks, THANK GOD!
