Forgot I-130 petitioner’s passport-size phots
Hi! We forgot to submit my mother’s photos when she (a green card holder) is petitioning for me (F2B) by mail. I’ve just received a receipt notice from USCIS. Is there a way to add the photos to the case now? Or should I wait till I get a RFE a few years from now? I just hope this won’t cause an automatic rejection or add more months to the waiting time. #I130 #F2B #photos

If it is an online submission you can upload it by logging into your uscis account. If it was filed by mail then i’m not sure what needs to be done.

As you already received the receipt notice you may open an online uscis account with your receipt number and then you’ll be able to update your case by uploading documents abd unsolicited evidence including the missing photo
