Foreign Income tax
hello everyone,
we usually file our taxes together as a family but my husband (green card holder) gets contract jobs occasionally outside the US. does he have to always declare this whenever we file? if he doesn’t declare it, will he affect his naturalization?

I am not a lawyer. it is my understanding that as a permanent resident you have to report world income. consider hiring a CPA if things get complicated.
