Yeah currently they have started approvals of January cases. Hopefuly by the end of august most of January cases would be decided. Hopefully.

@Charlie SC Yes, my lawyer said PD is what determines the order of approval. It takes precedence over I-485 submission date. You can confirm it by looking at the recent approvals.

@CW L My PD is June 2022. Submitted in March 2024. Not even EAD approved yet. That's why thinking. I am among very few left with that old PD.

@M K Awesome. Congratulations. Mine is still fingerprints taken. PD June 2022. Applied March 2024. PD doest matter I think. Application date matters.

@Charlie SC, thank you. I think filing date of 485 does more, I submitted on Nov 20, 2023, however my pd Oct 30, 2022. I am the one who got two rfe, very rare so a little late, you will get soon, good luck
