for the biometrics appointment, who and where will it take place?
I ask because I wonder if me (USC) or my wife (Brazilian) will have to do the biometrics.
we are both currently residing in Brazil (I’m just visiting long term). I’m just worried since my “permanent address” is back in the states, they might schedule us an appointment in the states?

@william golovlev biometrics is for the beneficiary, because USCIS and/or DHS need them to run the background check
