@aldrin D’silva it’s funny how your travel document was issued on Nov 26, 2024 which means you received it physically on hand first week of December, the same time your EAD was approved. So are you telling us that between December 15th 2024 till date Feb 19th 2025 which is two months, you have traveled three time to India? 2 times you successfully entered the US but was stopped the third time and sent back? what was so important that you were traveling back and forth every month to India? Your trips are very suspicious and we would like you to clarify because it’s very strange for someone with I-131 and work authorization who is suppose to be working to travel back and forth every month like that when that’s not the basis for you to use it. Pls tell us why and what you were told when they disallowed you entry. How where you funding such trips every month? Did you previously have a travel document before this or was this your first travel document?

@bridges 5 he is not lieing. the thing is he forgot to mention about his first combo card and he made his travel in that period

@Austin Texas so I suffice you know him and his situation so well to know he got a combo card initially. If so explain to us what happened? When you are deported they give you a reason for deportation. We want to know what the reason or reasons, so we can piece things together. His post about the advance parole is vague and would lead people into a rabbit hole cooking up all sort of stories which in turn would create fear in the minds of others from using their advance parole. Help us make it make sense by telling us reason given for the deportation and also explaination of the time intervals he traveled with the advance parole? What did he do to make him inadmissible into the United States?

I guess USCIS made a decision on his case while he was on trip abroad. because they are treating mostly 2021 December case at the moment and his case says September 2020. He really needs to get a lawyer to find out what went wrong

That's the current situation of so many Green card holder now, especially with removal preceding, under vawa. bc USCIS is conducting fraud suspicious now. There's something else he didn't tell us but he's not the only one.

I don’t know this is fake or true I don’t think they can deport you like that with pending applications. the post doesn't seem fake, however u have lawyers advising against traveling outside the US with an AP bcuz of the new administration u never know what will happen, unfortunately he's one of these person that might be caught up in this new administration and the bulls that's taking place, yes ppl still travel with ap and is allowed in since the new president but I see where lawyers are advising against traveling bcuz you never know. I'm sorry this happened to you but u need to contact a lawyer here to help with what's happening. seems u did the paperwork yourself too and maybe that's y u didnt call ur lawyer while being present at the airport.

I’m not in doubt of his deportation. He gave no reason for his unfortunate situation which he deliberately left out. I however believe he raised suspicion based on his travel history which must have lead to more inquiries on the underlying basis for him filing Vawa which presumably he couldn’t articulate to the satisfaction of the officers. That is why I asked him to Atleast state the reason they gave him for his inadmissibility into the US and this could be anything but they will always communicate it so you know.

@goti rao and how are you so sure about that? from things I’ve heard lately, even green card holders with no criminal issues are in the same issues as him. And also all attorneys have been warned people not to travel on AP at the moment just to avoid issues like this

@sam Dami exactly, these people thing having a ap and work permit makes them legal, you are still considered and illegal immigrant and can be deported without any reason, only an approved vawa protects you from immediate deportation

aldrin doesn't have an approved vawa and therefore even if he doesn't have any criminal history it's up to the agent to allow him back in the US, it even states on the AP that it doesn't guarantee entry into the US. this is a sensitive matter and he need to contact a lawyer, it's not impossible for him to return once he doesn't have any criminal history which i doubt bcuz why would he even file vawa

ok so seems his vawa was not approved as yet..so sorry to hear @aldrin D’silva but please explain what exactly the issue for being sent back if you can..also try to speak to your lawyer.

this post is scary because I am currently out of the country visiting family using my AP under vaya. I am supposed to comeback beginning of next month. I will keep you posted on my journey. pray for me!

@tired from waitingg he went before and came back twice dont u think if he did something wrong they wouldn't allow him back in the first time, ap doesn't guarantee entry read the paper that comes with it, an approved vawa alone stop u from automatic deportation. if ur vawa isn't approved u can be instantly deported

lawyers are advising every green card holder to apply for citizenship if they qualify because a lot of green card holders are having issues entering back with thus administration

only if they are criminals or did not appear in courts that’s why green card holders having issues

I never heard any people with clean record who entered legally was not allowed to reentry if you crosss border illegally in dunki in the past and then expect Vawa to waive off and allowed you to enter legally these type of people will get issue

crossing border illegally is crime it will haunt you for all your process

people with green card are getting stopped because those people got greencard through asylum and visiting the same country through which they got asylum green card that’s a fraud and valid reason to revoke greencard
