I applied for my father in June 2022, they ask me evidence in July 2023 once I received request for evidence next day I submitted all evidence after that week I got update we are working on your case that’s it after that nothing just wait and wait and wait, every day I am trying to inquire it’s says you can’t send inquiry cuz your case is under time posted,

filed mom's i130 n 485 along with EAD n AP .. EAD approved in 3 weeks after Biometrics.. RFe for meds received 141 days and responded on 147th day.. hoping to see approval soon.. 149th day today

@Wendy Payen I-130 is for establishing relationship between the petitioner and beneficiary. It will take several years before your sister gets a green card through you.
