He has to wait until he’s Priority Date become Current (in this case Feb 10,2023) in visa bulletin, Now Agency working on Jan 2019.

files are accepted.. you can get 5 yr ead and advance parole ..

Yes.. many of people have sent their files and got accepted.. fee of them have done biometric too..

I don’t know exactly whether they (agency) accept or not but attorneys not ready to file without PD become Current.

what documents do I need to submit together with i485 based on religious worker application? Will they issue me with a work permit if my pd is not current?
