i followed my husband aa a deriative asylee . i recently got my GC. can i travel back home with my GC and passport since am not the one who applied to asylum. im a deriative who followed.and had no fear of persecution.

how long did it took to get your GC as derivative?

application was approved after 2.5 years . waited a year to apply for GC . GC approved after 12 months
