The i-130 petition is taking 14 to 15 months for a spouse of citizen. The NVC process takes 2 weeks if you make the payments right away and then fill the form ds260 and submit the documents real fast. And the time you wait for the appointment for the interview depends on the country your spouse is from. Some embassies take 2 or 3 months to schedule an appointment while other countries' embassies take 11 to 12 months
