it's okay nth to worry about , they doubt the validity of your marriage. Just go in there make sure you n your spouse go over the basics you do together daily . eg comuting, grocery shopping, wedding anniversary, parents name, kids full name if any, office no of both parties, who wakes up first , breakfast , color of shower curtain, tiles color , electronic, engagement proposal location, how you met. Trust me you will be fine.. and plz go with a LAWYER

@anmol kaushal you can find some examples of others for stroke interview on Reddit under USCIS page. Don’t worry, just do some rehearsals at home, there are some videos on YouTube as well. make sure to have all docs ready on the day of your interview, you and your spouse should go over each evidences you preset and all your USCiS forms.

@anmol kaushal did they specifically say a stokes interview on the update? how do you know its a stokes interview. i have my interview scheduled too but no where states if its a stokes or not

I've noticed something lately. The field offices are so backlogged that they're waiving interviews en masse, so getting an interview isn't a good sign. At the same time, they're too busy to do first and second interviews. They've been going straight to Stokes now. They don't have time. So always assume Stokes !!!!

@Quagmire yes i know that’s what I am worried about. they approved my EAD card on April 11th and I dropped off my medical today in queens field office. The staff there told me that I will receive my green card in two weeks and my interview date on 05-16. I don’t Whats going on even the lawyers have not seen someone getting stroke interview as a first interview.

Nothing to worry about. Just go over the basic questions.. How you met, how things progressed, when you got married, finances, who pays the bills and how much, credit cards, separate accounts, names of parents and siblings, phone numbers and email… you should be good.

so i had a stroke interview today. we had more than 5 questions which my wife didn’t know the answers for. In the end the officer just took the sign of my wife us citizen nothing from me. And gave us no answer about the Decision. if they take the signature is it a good thing ?

@child of grace everything about where do you keep the toilet paper, towels, what color is the carpet, last time you bought furniture together, before you two was working how did you make a living , does your us citizen spouse get any benefits from state , transaction from joint bank account, what does your roommate does,
