Finger Print Status not applied to I131
Mine was concurrent filing of I130,I131,I485 and I765. IR5 category family based.
filed on 12 Nov and Biometric done on 16 March.
Same day as 16 March the case for I765 and I485 were updated to reflect the case status to Case was updated to show Finger Print was taken..
The case status I131 is still showing case was received..
Will they have another case status saying Finger Print was applied to your case?

no. nothing to worry about. most times the I-131 would say received till the end of the process or if your I-1765 is approved it will also change to approve. so don’t panic the I-130 don’t really changed

My receipts came from NBC ,the BIOMETRIC was done in Newark.
I changed my address then and based on the new zip code in NJ the field office should be Mt. Laurel.

our time lines are similar and case is similar too. I already got my EAD actually very quickly after my biometrics on 3/9 but the card is not a combo. If your I-131 still says only received I would already submit a out of process time request to make sure you don’t wait another month to wait for them to respond to you on whether your 131 is processed.
