FINALLYYYYYYYYY - APPROVEDDDD
Listen, it has been a bumpy road for us but we had not given up. We are finally approved and we couldn't be more happier. ughhhhhh crying with joyyyyyy.
After we filed for motion, they reopened the case, later on we got scheduled for an interview that didn't feel like one since no typical questions was asked(i guess the officer saw they have been making lots of mistake and we have been waiting for soooo long), and since our medical exam was expired they asked us to submit another one which was the rfe and we did it right away and now we are APPROVED!!!!!!!

@ATL Jacob we did get an interview but it wasn't much of an interview. no typical questions was asked 🫠

@John Richards Thank youuuuuu. but if i had to guess I'd say it's because they had accidentally sent our approved I130 to the NVC and they had used our previous denied I130. when we saw it has been 2 years, we started calling consistently and got our congressman office involved then they denied it, we filed for motion around october, reopened the case a month later and interview was for earlier this year and now we're here😊
