A lil summary of my Application: I was place on Removable proceedings on Dec 19 2019 because I overstayed my tourist visa. I quickly got married on Dec 22nd 2019 and filed for i 130 and i 485 petition. One Jan 30th 2020 i went to immigration court for master hearing with my receipt. The judge send the case back to uscis to process the i 130 petition. one Jan 17 2021 i got interview letter for the i 130 petition only. The immigration officer told me i made a mistake filling for the i 485 because USCIS don’t have any jurisdiction one the form i 485 since I’m in removal proceedings. the officer told me he will only approve the form i 130 petition but i 485 will still be pending until the judge decides where it should be . My attorney send a motion to terminate my case at the immigration court with the approved i 130 . 8 months later we didn’t hear anything from the court. She then decided to join motion with ICE to dismiss the case at the court. 1 month later, ICE join the motion to dismissed . She then sent it to the court to dismiss it . 2 week the judge dismissed the case. after receiving the dismissal order from the court i made a 1st congressional enquirer with my congressman office to USCIS in August 2023. USCIS sent me RFE to submit before Dec 2023. On September 15 2023 i sent in the RFE ( medicals ) One Oct 30 New card is been produced.
