Finally! this has been the most stressful process ever
since i485 was approved few days ago, what would next steps be? when will I receive the green card? and will it be conditional since I was married in a November 2021?

@D M of course she can file for 10 years asap. The dates count from the day she married. Processing time for I-751 is 34.5 months.

@JENNIE . I believe it's what @D M said, it's from the date that her GC was issued and not the date of her marriage. she can petition 90 days before the 2 year conditional GC expires for her 10 year GC

@JENNIE . you are wrong hun it count from the day they approve you green card for marriage case you can only file 90 days before the 3 years of having your green card

@JENNIE . not one thing. I don't even think anyone works there 😄. I strongly believe the person my case was assigned to is on vacation and so I my file 🗃️🗄️. However, I did see the processing times at Queens FO went down from 32.5 to 31.5 so I guess things are happening behind the scenes. I'm still hoping that they transfer my file out from there to another FO.

@Sept 16, 2022 . I am hoping that something happens soon. My address is Jamaica so my FO will definitely be Queens. I am praying 🙏 very hard for them to look at it & transfer back to NBC for approval. Be strong, let's give it another 2 - 3 months. I have a relative of mine who got her Green Card in 11 months & it is same Queens Field Office. So, I am hopeful.
