Finally the wait is over EB3-2
application transferred from NSC to NBC March 22 then transfer to LAS Vegas FO for processing.
RFE on medical however I have submitted the medical together with the application. Reply to the RFE saying covid requirement is not applicable to my case that filed on 2020. 5 days later card produce.

isnt medicals valid for 2 years now? why did they ask for new medicals?

@dak Zeke, I submitted the old form while I file 485. the RFE actually says they didn’t have my I-693 and asked me to submit a full form. however my attorney says we have submitted during filing so he advised me not the redo the medical. I was quite frustrated why not just do it again to respond the RFE. however my attorney responded to the RFE saying we have submitted I-693 while filling 485 and the new covid requirement is not applicable to year 2020 filing. I would say it’s quite sketchy. But it works.

desmond, i also got rfe bt it says i need to submit during my interview. so im so confused . i m also eb3 2 and case transferred to nbc on march 22 . got rfe from florida.

@Diya walsi I guess they gonna ask you for an interview. Florida is the Field office that processing your application. probably they will as you for an interview at a nearby office to you.
