@A K what did you specifically have to do to retain the EB2 priority date

@Vaibhav A nothing. just have approved EB2 I140. Let your lawyer know about it. while filling the EB1 application, they can enter that

@A K but eb1 i140 might have required that you were outside USA for 1 year minimum in managerial position, correct?
