finally I’m greened. PD- July 13 2023.
me and my family are greened today. no long talk. don’t believe the hype from people on the internet and other platforms. follow the rules, trust the process and keep your head up! I put a post here sometime ago on how to contact USCIS to check your status, someone was rusbishing it. meanwhile he used the info already. anyway. below is my timeline. I don’t know anything about field office or wether it moved to the White House. all I know is, I applied in July 2023, date became current, I submitted my package in October of last year, got RFE for birth cert, even though we submitted it before, they said they couldn’t find it. so we sent another one again, responded, got my5 year EAD card a month later and then today after almost a year of waiting, I got noticed that new card is being produced. the timeline on the USCIS webpage doesn’t really matter or accurate. nothing changed after we responded to RFE. we only got news that our card is being produced. no idea what happened. AGAIN, TRUST NO ONE. if you can’t do it yourself, get a lawyer. peace out! #EB2 #NIW
