@Em so they accepted same copies again on birth certificate? Just wondering because I am in the similar boat, sent also similar documents for birth RFE based on lawyer suggestion

@Em Congratulations. Mine is 249049xxxx. PD. January 24th 2023. Everybody knows that USCIS doesn’t work on the straight line. I think it depends of the County of birth. I guess the try to share the visas available on the mayor number of countries

Mina June 2022 application date Oct 2023 ead approved, 131 approved waiting for i485 interview was done in June 2024

@Raul Mayor I believe so, never a straight line depends on country of origin(birth). I think perhaps me chatting with Emma last week could have triggered the officer to look at my case. I chatted with Emma and requested for an emergency Advance Parole. Emma (live agent) raised a support case for me and gave me a SC#. I told them in the chat that I have an emergency need to travel home. They asked for my planned date of travel. I said 2 weeks away and I will only stay for 2 weeks. They told me the support case could take max 30 days to get approved/ rejected. 2 days later I got an email from USCIS that they will schedule an interview for Emergency AP with FO within 72hours. 48 hours later they approved my I-485, no interview, no call. My other pending cases were updated “case terminated”. Hope this helps
