Can any of ya’ll here that are knowledgeable about employment-based GC help me on how/where I can find my PD? my perm was approved May 2023, and the lawyer filed I-140 early July and was approved the last week of July. i don’t know when I can file for I-485. i want to know because I don’t trust the lawyer that is working in my case.

@a o congratulations! are you 100% sure that you were never transferred to a field office? were you reaching out regulary to Emma to verify where your application is being processed? USCIS doesn’t proactively notify you whether or not your application has been transferred to a field office, the only way to know is through emma. I am asking you for clarity to avoid giving misleading information to other people in this group.
