@b a, since march, i have chat with live agents twice and called uscis 3 times just to make sure the info i was getting were consistent.

wow.... so fast! I am still under review of my I-140 from July 2024. processing time in Nebraska is 16.5 months now. nothing happened in almost one year. Good for you bro

@Eric . FTA1 is an event code found on the case API. noticed this change after receiving the action taken email from yesterday. From other posts, it simply means someone is actively reviewing the case… No changes to the timelines or anything that I see on the case. Have you received any such emails too?
