we all 2022 CRP folks got stuck and we have no luck for early approvals.

some are useful and give more information and some will just tell high level stuff, so reach out multiple times if u have to

@Deepak Ramamurthy no issues for me contacting live agent multiple times. i did it multiple times in a day to get through to a good agent. once i got connected to same agent twice in the same day
