@che pe, congratulations!! your pd was May 19? and you submitted i-485 in May 23? How soon after your i-131 & 1765 were approved did u get rfe for i-485?
I’m asking because my application is also being processed at Texas Service Center, my PD is May 17, 2022 & I submitted my i-485 on April 26, 2023 but i still haven’t had any update to my i-485 application other than case was received.

congratulations. I’m sure they will complete processing all cases filed in May of 2022 in this November month of 2023.

@chris will I never received an approvement of I-131 or I-765, it was so stressing. about the RFE for the I-485 was the medical RFE and was aprox 5 months after I submitted the forms.

@Che Pe Thanks form sharing that information. Honestly, I would have preferred your situation and get direct approval for green card because I don’t intend to use the i131 or i765. I need to submit medicals but I haven’t received an rfe for it yet.
After you submitted your rfe, did it take 5 months till approval?

@chris will 5 months aprox since I submitted the I-485 and the other forms I got the Medical RFE, then when I answered the RFE it was very quickly. one month more.

@Che Pe How did you know that Texas is the center where it was approved? is it written in the approval notice ? sorry am asking because my case is stuck there and I learnd that they need to transfer it to NBC after I140 approval

Thanks for your response @Che Pe. “The no interview needed” was also a notification sent to your USCIS notification? just curious, they made that very clear that you don’t need to do any interview
