@ivy ivy hi i hope this finds you well, try to send a ‘case outside of processing time inquiry’ every 2 - 4 weeks.That way you’ll know that they are reviewing your case. I also sent a letter to our congressman here in Texas, a week before my approval.

@Lara P I contacted them, they said they can not ask now till 2025. I have submitted several request, I am current. it’s frustrating.

@Hom SUNUWAR hi 👋 i don’t have the correct answer for that question but based on my experience when i submitted my medical 03/23 my case went to CRP.I also encountered regression late last year then when my priority date became current once again, i urgently inquired and also asked help from congressional office.

@JJ Lio thank you , for the case outside of processing inquiry its on USCIS website, for congressional inquiries you need to search who is the representative on your County / District. Once you identify, you go ahead and visit the Representative website and they have a dedicated form that you need to fill out to further assist you with regards to your immigration status inquiries.
