PD 6 Jan 2023, current since June 2025. After long period of waiting I got an RFE for polio early July. I got the RFE was delivered July 31 in Philadelphia field office. Yesterday I finally got the notification that the card is being produced 🎊

Got first RFE in Feb for medical and another one in June for medical specifically for polio. Only my application (as a tech worker). No interview.

@M M Did yiu submit a new I-693 form with Polio added or just the Polio vaccine proof when you replied to the RFE?

It was a new form, the entire form, but I didn't have to redo the bloodwork. I went to a different physician with my original 693 copy that I got from the first 693.
