Finally got through to Emma after days of trying😏
Just wanted to share my conversation with y'all.... from the bearers of false hope🤔
Me: What is the latest status on my cases?
Agent: Your case is still with NBC. The RFE was reviewed on January 10th, so it will move to the Orlando field office soon.
Agent: The average processing time is eighteen months.
Me: Are you able to say if my Interview was waived?
Agent: As of now it is.
Me: Has my i130 been looked at since received?
Agent: It will be approved with the I-485.
Agent: When you are in the US they are approved together.
Me: Can you say how soon will my case move to Orlando?
Agent: No, but it will be soon now that the RFE has been reviewed.
GOD YOU ARE MY ONLY HOPE🙏🏽
*So why was i told before that my cases will be adjudicated at the NBC???
*I'M NOT BELIEVEING 1 WORD FROM THESE EMOTIONAL FALSE SOOTHERS🙄😢

I think 🤔 it might the other agent saying your case will be adjudicated at NBC it was at that time when the agent looked into your case, maybe later on some officer look into your case decide that they want to conduct an interview if you are in Orlando or just Orlando has relative smaller amount of cases comparinh to other fos

My love your approval around the corner don't worry two days before I got approved I chat with a agent and she told me contact 2025 to get a decision 🤣😂 they lie so bad very inaccurate information your already approved in Jesus name . He has the last say

@Mika SB❤️ Yes I believe it's coming soon and without interview by God's grace. Thanks for speaking it into being.@C S I have actually seen some cases adjudicated at the NBC. Response from my senator says interview is waived. I will just have to continue to upload more evidences.

After RFE count 15 to 30 days. you will be approved. After they received my RFE 10 days latter they send to Field Office, 30 days latter they approved.
