FINALLY got the RFE notice!
FINALLY got the RFE notice! so I needed to send the Affidavit of Support (I-864) and the medical exam (I-693), when do you guys think I’m gonna get a response?????, I submitted the app whit my work permit and no response for that one yet, but idk why the asked for the I-864, they mentioned that I didn’t do it right, hopefully this time everything would be fine!!! and one more question, when do you guys think I will have a work permit???, thank you all of you guys!! I love this community and the way we support each other 🤗🤗🤗

hi, they took really long to send that RFE I had gotten mine in a month, the 1-864 is very important so make sure you have all documents(W2 taxes etc) the wait varies for the time but once it’s sent you can ask for an update via the call center a month later, if you made an expedite for your work permit and have a good reason within a couple days they would approve or deny, but typically it’s 3-5mths.

I got a RFE for the i864 and medical 1,months after filing I reply back to them. They updated my case to receive RFE now I am waiting to hear back again.

@Kimberly L🇹🇹 I know girl, I’m tired , but hopefully 🙏 🤞🏻 I will get a positive answer pretty soon!!!, not mention the I already did my fingerprints and photo, on feb 27 ! and it doesn’t shows on my history page so idk 🤷♀️ what it can be!! 😯

@Natasha Wright I feel very identify with you!, just I can see you did your finger prints and photo too, on mine doesn’t show, not sure why?, cause I already did mine , so hopefully 🙏 everything will be fine and I will get a positive answer very soon!!

@tash 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲 @Kimberly L🇹🇹 could you tell me what documents I have to attach with I-864. Note that I'll be using a Joint Sponsor because my spouse didn't make enough last year.
Also, my intended joint sponsor has sponsored someone before but the joint sponsor makes 6 digits yearly.
