Congratulations, Michelle. You deserve all the happiness and love that comes with being greened. I just want to know how you got around not taking the vaccines though. This means a LOT to me.

I got denied because missing tax paperwork of 2020,and we did appeal and send all taxes paperwork again, after 3months they reopened my case and had my interview very soon
Michelle CliffordMay 3, 2022
@kimmy i did my appeal August 26th 2021,and then after 3months got reopened means Dec. 29, and my combo card approved, and i had my interview on Feb. 10, interview went very good but he couldn't approved right away, after 2months i got approved.
Michelle CliffordMay 3, 2022
@Grace i didn't take covid vaccines that's why i did my medical report on Sep.2021,you know they required covid vaccines starts on October! And then before interview my lawyer asked me better renew my medical report and i did it, But i Don't want to take covid vaccines so i have to show the doctor the waiver form so he signed my report.. I brought two medical reports to the interview, the officer said my old one Probably still can work, but he can't make a decision he had to ask superior.. After 2months got approved.. I was so frustrated and worried during the process time

@michelle Clifford but what did you mean with the vaccines? did you have to be vaccinated for your medical?
Michelle CliffordMay 3, 2022
@km yes including covid vaccines and others 3 i think. Otherwise doctor will not sign your report

@Michelle Clifford, thank you for the break down. it must have been a mentally and psychologically draining period for you. thank God it ended pleasantly. Congratulations 🎊. I'm not cool with taking the vaccines too, I wish I had done my medicals before October 1st, 2021. I don't know if a doctor will sign a waiver form for me as well. Did your doctor sign the waiver form for you because you already had a medical report from him prior to October 1st, 2021?
Michelle CliffordMay 3, 2022
@grace i think you just have to fill out the waiver form I-601 and write explain letter why you don't want to take the svaccines.
