Finally Got Greened
My husband finally got greened!! 💐
It was a really long wait…

I-140 approved: 05/23/2023
I-485 approved: 12/1/2023
We were really tired of waiting so we filed for WOM on Nov 10th. My husband also called Emma on the day of approval, just 1hr before approval and persistently asked her as to why he is in CRP status and persuaded her finally to talk to Tier 2 agent.
We don’t know what triggered the approval, the WOM or the call to Emma or both 😄
It took almost 2yrs But Finally he got greened after a long wait 🙏🏻

@aakriti dhup congratulations! did tier 2 officer call back ? how many days it took for tier 2 to call back after Emma chat ?

He called tier 1 officer and after 1hr he got greened. Never got tier 2 call.
