finally going to be receiving my Combo EAD soon💃🏿💃🏿
it was not an easy process and my approval came after I reached out to DHS Cisombudsman. They are the ones that got my case rolling

I reached out to DHS Cisombudsman about the agents ignoring my questions and leaving chat. And lockbox also lost my I-693 and I sent them an email and they never responded so filed a form with DHS and they took my case
