@sally phillpe I'm not sure about the FO, every time I chatted with Emma, live agents said I had to write to Vermont SC and I never got a transfer notice. Yet I had to sent Medical response to San Antonio FO, 45 days after they received it, status changed to "Card is Being produced" (14th October - November 30th) and 1 day later to "Case Was Approved".

@jane the medical you sent did you sent it to Vermont or your field office and why did you sent it to your field office it was your form 485 In Vermont or your field office

In the RFE, I was instructed to send Medical to San Antonio FO. I-485 was originally filed to Vermont SC altogether with I-360.

I wrote to the lockbox where I sent my vawa self petetion and received a strange reply saying that the my application was not received by them but at the bottom of the message it said “ this message was not generated from a government facility Abdul that the possibility exist that phishing might be involved. Do you guys think that this could be a scammer trying to steal my information ?

mine approved 19th for post off pick it up the Tuesday got it the Friday I say four days

i have sent my medicals to my FO and still not got anything, vawa was approved in march this year, the agents i speak with keep telling me to write to the vermont office about my case update.

@O D How many times did you chat/talk with live agents? I read in a post here that the more you mention your case number with Emma, the faster you hear something from them. I couldn't find that post anymore but who commented that saw the trick on Trackitt and tried 3 consecutive days, her case was approved a few days later. In my case, I chatted with them twice, 30 & 45 days after I sent my medical, my case was approved the next day after the second time. I was wishing I mentioned my case number to them more often, doesn't matter if you already know the answer, just keep asking.

@Jane Baby have you received the card in hand? Mine was approved on dec. 8 but till this moment it has not been picked up. How long does it take you to have it in your mail please?

@Jane, i think i will try that method now and keep pressing further. i am exhausted at this point, its bin almost 4years i will try all tru this week i spoke with only 2agents
