Finally Finally Finally. I get so say Its my turn. Thank you Lord! oh the wait was agonizing and painful. PD 23Sept 2022.
from submission in March to retrogression to pending to 12 months, then finally after dreaming of approval lastnight, to not checking the app all day to gettimg notification that new card is being produced. is the best heart exciting feeling ever.
imagine i was tempted to put in another service request last night and changed my mind. then dream about it and woke up mad when it was all a dream. to actually seeing the dream was a vision of whats to come. best feeling ever.

good for you I received a response already with the case inquiry that I did, It says my case is still in retrogressed when it has become current since April, I am preparing right now to file a legal case. The government should not leave the applicant in limbo indefinitely!

@mc d those agents just tells people anyyhing these day. tbey told me that no visa was released for me so even though im current the department of state needs to release a visa. and im like but im AOS how the heck can they say department state dont have visa for me. rubbish

we received exactly the same message and I am doing what I need to do that service requests were useless.

@mc d and i think everytime someone does a service request on their case it moves the order it reaches the adjucating officier. hadnt i put in another service maybe my case would not be next cause they would pull it and put in back in a different position in the order it reaches the officier, if its still within the normal processing frame. that is what i think happens

@Taffy R , total newbie here and have been stuck in biometric stage for 7 months now. Can you please explain how to put service requests?

@Bek Bek at the bottom of this app on the task bar has three dots. click there and go to e-Request and then to case outside normal processing time. fill in ur info there. remember to use capital letters for case number. that one way. another way would be to go to ur online account and submit service request. but honestly I think this app is easier way to submit it faster.
