when was your documents submitted

when was your case approved and when did you submit your all documents to NVC ?

hi everyone my hubby’s case was approved March 2022 submitted documents April 2022 and had to resubmit one in June 2022. last document got accepted finally and today he’s DQ

waqas mere husband ka case March mein approve hua and 4 months for all documents to get accepted

June wat I did the same thing resubmitted on June 29 of a documents that was already accepted.

gn I resubmitted on June 16 maybe few more days you’ll get it too

wat they asked for if you don’t mind

hey! my case was approved by February 2022, submitted documents may 2022 then they asked for a document to resubmit which was submitted in July; the next day they asked. how long it would take them to review..? any idea!

did you get any email for dq…? or you just logged in to check…?

gn I had to resubmit proof of us domicile for my joint sponsor lol the lawyer didn’t notice one paper was expired so replaced that

hina they take around 2 months to review a document again unfortunately. if you submitted in July probably by September they should accept it.

and the status updated in the uscis tracking app and got the email also

waqas Pata nai log keh rahe boht der lag rai kam se kam 6 mahiney se ek saal tak.. Abhi Kuch nai pata Allah karein cases Jaldi resume hojaye normal timing mein agar Covid ka backlog na hota to Sirf 3 months lagne chaiye

hina there is a huge backlog in Islamabad it’s mainly because of Covid restrictions/lack of staff

mahirukh thanks yar dua karna it’s really hard with my son last time I went he got Covid when we came back so I’m really scared and thinking of not traveling this time so my hubby can come whenever the interview date comes but if the date is too far idk

they didn’t approve my expedite my lawyer said they are rejecting almost everyone to expedite only severe health issues or or life and death issues I hear they are expediting
