After getting approved I-765 twice when we went for my interview over 3 years ago my spouse has been threatening to withdraw my petition please what will happen to my I-765 will it be withdrawn if my spouse finally go ahead with the threat am worried

@Rijo Rijo My husband’s I-140 was approved in 4 days through premium processing. We still waiting for our I-485 approval.

@Andy Pannu Bow a days they do not issue combo card. They issue EAD card and 131 card separately. What combo card you are talking about?

@G L it's more common to get combo card instead of separate cards for EAD and AP. I got combo card as well.

@Andy Pannu Ok, I got EAD card and AP Document separately.

@G L My husband and I received the EAD and AP on the same card. Basically, it's an EAD that has a notation at the bottom stating that it serves as AP.
