- The apartment lease with owner's signature
- Joint bank account
- My spouse driver's license
- Two signed and notarized affidavits
- Copies of photographs
- Copy of marriage certificate
- Tax return accepted by the Internal Revenue Service
- Copies of identity documents.
and additional relationship documents. The first one that I sent was incomplete. I’m in NYC sent to VSC
