Finally Approved Alhamdulillah 🤲🏻👋🏻🥰
Alhamdulillah after a very long waiting time I got approved. it took 28 months to get approved for my 10 years Green Card.
I would like to advise everyone to keep tracking your case by yourself even if you have a lawyer.

my case is being reviewed for 940 days now I-130 and I-480, even my work authorization is expired I applied to renew but even that still pending I don’t know what to do I’m devastated 😔please if there’s any advice I’ll appreciate 🙏🏾

@Basha A my brother I am this month,year and center with you even mine was 16th July nothing yet after the first review of 130 and 485.

@Basha A yes i did they said my case is processing normally, he told me to just wait there’s nothing to do at this point ( interview completed case will be reviewed 23months ago ) the problem now is my work authorization is expired I applied 80days ago but no response so far ( case is actually reviewing ) I don’t know what to do

@Basha A I got the RFE on l 130 and my question is that they asked either beneficiary or petitioner's all bank statements. my question is can I only submit my own statements or both of us. and secondly we don't have joint assets or properties together.

@Anikiniun 🦁🦁🦁 I’m happy for you brother! first of all you don’t have to have a joint accounts but if you have a that would be better like lease, car, car insurance, electricity, and any bills. as I understood they asked you to submit all bank statements for you of for your wife! yes you can submit for you or for her or both it’s your choice.
