We responded to the BC RFE on 9/16 bus case updated to "response to RFE received" on 9/28. Card Being Produced on 10/1. Also, we opened expedite SR on 9/24 and was denied on same 9/28.

RFE was for birth certificate? does it mean you submitted medicals along with 485? did you try to expedite 485? on what basis?

how come you get approve without medicals? also if new card was produced on oct1 , it means you fell on fiscal year 2022? or still fy 2021

Medical and birth certificate were submitted with the initial application but they said the BC did not carry the stamp of the issuing authority, so we had to provide the BC that meets their requirements. We tried to expedite because it has been more than 5 months that the primary applicant has been approved. It was just a trial and the Emma agent was quick to process the request. I too was surprised how the agent decided to expedite the case by just letting them know how it has been difficult waiting 5 months after primary applicant was approved.
