I am short of words and at the same time, I am extremely and very excited ❤️🖤💙
I did not submit any inquiries during the time period. Despite feeling frustrated due to the long wait, I refrained from submitting any inquiries. However, after receiving a Request for Evidence (RFE), I responded on June 5, 2023, and my I-485 was subsequently approved on June 10, 2023, without submitting any inquiries to USCIS.
I did not attend an interview as USCIS did not ask for it. After I fulfilled the RFE requirement, I got approved within five days without any interview.
Yes, my card was backdated; on the card it says I have been resident since 06/09/2022. It was backdated to 1 year prior - This is applicable to Green Card application based on Asylum.
I got my Green Card based on Asylum.
Again, I am extremely excited!

can you please confirm the effective date on your Green card once u receive it? per law it says they should backdate it 1 year prior to approval date. however they wasted 3 years on ur path to citizenship. so I guess effective date would be June 10 2022 and you will be eligible for citizenship in 2027
