@Lad Casil thank you! I had gotten an email of action on my case but nothing was there, I spoke with a live agent and they told me

@BK Lario It was the same with me, I received the mail on March 20 and I was transferred from the center. I still don't have the approval PD Dec 7, 2023. May I ask if you received another email for approval?

@Lad Casil I contacted my congressman one week after the first email and I believe he helped with the approval. I did receive another email for the approval. I received one last night at 1145pm, saying my case was being actively reviewed then 20 minutes later my approval was in documents, but today I received yet another email for the approval even though I already seen it in my documents.
