My spouse became a US citizens in August and we requested for upgrade right away through Emma and submitted certificate to online account with the letter. They took about 2 month to upgrade and approve. Good luck to everyone 🍀 !!!

@Madie Grim It is not as it was before the interview, my wife received a 1797c telling her that she opened an account with uscis so she can see the process, it is super strange because everyone tells me that when the I485 is already approved it is because they have already approved the I130 which is the first step.
