finally Approved 🙏
Today my husband received his i130 approved. We still have a long process to go but the first step is already done. It was as a Father's Day gift 😁 I hope everyone who is in the same situation gets approval soon!🙏🙏
This is how our process goes
5/22/23 petition received
6/21/23 1st active review
6/16/24 2nd active review
I went to check my account and in "My progress" it says 18 months. From there I went to "Documents" and there is this I130 approval letter 😊

@L R : thank you! and it's says "I- 130 approval" in documents but in my progress still 18 months. and in case status still says being actively reviewed.🤷♀️ it's confusing. but I opened the letter it says approval and they send me a official mail and this just courtesy notice. @Jayleen Gutierrez thank you and Texas
