@Miracle victory my case was transferred to NBC but they never told me. I called USCIS A LOT, I sent letter, I pretty much harassed them lol - my first EAD was expedited. my Vawa apparently was also expedited, it got approved in 34.5 months and the waiting times was already in 40. so I guess they were sick and tired of me hahaha
