did you fill this form by electronical and send them back by fax or e-mail? mine asked me to fax their office. congratulations by the way!!!

I’m at downtown Brooklyn, courts st 11231. I expedited based on financial reasons( piled up tuition fees since I’m a student with no student loan eligibility and less working hours for my spouse due to pandemic) . uscis did not help me, they didn’t respond to my expedite. but my Congress woman reached out to them and they approved it. I would advise reaching out to your congressman but it took 3 weeks to hear back from them (my Congress woman).

destina she sent a pdf form, filled it with the pdf app and signed electronically on the app since it’s e verified. then I sent it back by email like she told me.

signature on the app is e-verified so I had to draw out my signature and position it on the signature line

and for those who say you can’t expedite if you have a joint sponsor, I had a joint sponsor. no evidence requested

Zz, type, find my house rep on google, it will give you www. house. gov. put in your zip code. it will give you your house rep for area. click the persons name and it will open his or her website

then email him or her through the website

Shan Brooklyn is a nightmare, I understand your frustration I hope you get an interview date ASAP. have you tried expediting, I saw someone over a year expedite, no evidence asked and got approved in 2 days. try that or seek Congress person help. I am a paralegal and I had a job offer from a law firm. that helped my case.

hi @clay. ı sent my evidences on Monday and how ı am gonna know that they recieve it or not? as you know we are sending these docs via fax:/ which is so old school. and last question; did you print out and send evidence request that you recieve from uscis e-mail?

I never had to send evidence, you can call and find out.

mine was apprved yesterday 🥰🥰🥰 but it said card is being produced. i donno when i will get in hand

after new card being produced. case approved, then card mailed to me, then USPS picked it up with tracking
