congratulations. what was the error?

they supposedly asked for RFE but myself and my lawyer never received the request because they never actually sent it out, so as soon as the deadline for that RFE passed they denied and closed my case. We had to file a motion to reconsider to reopen it, they accepted the motion yesterday and then accepted the case at the same time

@jake cowie I got my rfe for I-130 bona fide marriage proof and I send them all evidence by mail FedEx month before and already 4 week gone they never updated on their systems anything rfe received our not and please any advice???

@jake cowie yes and I have the tracking number and i track already they received it on 18 December uscis filed office but only they never updated?
