I have looked at todays approval around my number and they are finally showing some CRP to produced. It is a moderatly good sign i think

@Lena Ali This is a good sign for CRP cases. They need to be held accountable on how they process those cases. I’m glad CRP cases are now seen the light. For clarity, do you mean CRP is from October 2020 or October 20 or 2023?

@Mr Green based on the submission date, I would guess October the 20th 2023

@Lena Ali I have been CRP for 9 months. Done 2 expedite yet no changes on my status. Seem they don’t care!

@Yas I You have a point, though my filing date was Jan 2023, I have seen cases with later filed dates getting decision. The thing is, FIFO is not the bases for adjudicating cases quickly. CRP is bad and we must avoid it if we can.

@Mr Green , yes we filed yesterday one for each family member. they said it may take 3-4 weeks to respond. my lawyers did not believe SR may make any chance, but i do..

@Ati Ozk great to hear that you have taken steps. The tier 2 officer I spoke with decided to file expedite request to my local Field Office. She did insist that only local field office can easily look at 485 expedite request and act on it. Today I got a status update that an officer was assigned to work on my expedite request. I’m hoping for the best and will keep you all posted.

did you already receive your GC? how many days from card being produced to receive it?

@Be U No, I did not. My status changed to a New card is being produced just two days ago. I believe it takes 2-4 weeks to receive the card.

@Sunrise soon I did not receive a new SSN card, but my husband and my kids received new cards with restrictions! We are planning to visit the Social Security Number Administration sometime soon to update our socials and remove restrictions.
