Orlando Florida, yes my case changed to be ready for interview back in October but then I received and RFE for the medicals this year and after I sent them it just changed to card it’s being produced, they didn’t even told me they received the RFE

and the I-130 changed to approved in February without interview also

I received rfe for medical but they said I can’t send it only bring it when I am coming for interview

you have to send it! when they send you an RFE they give you a deadline to submit it is in the letter. if you have an interview scheduled before that you can bring them with you but if the request it you must send it in the time frame they tell you

if you don’t send and RFE in the time frame that is in the letter they might denied your case. who is telling you not to reply to an RFE from USCIS?

I got an rfe concerning my sponsor then letter got i693 for medical because the one I sent expired

usually in the letter they give you a date to send the documents if you say they didn’t then I guess they are planning to do the interview

@Gina B there are 2 kind of notice for the medical. there is one that says NOT TO SEnd it and there is another that says to send it. so Tobi O is right. she can't send anything until they tell her to

@Tobi,if you received form 693 that's the courtesy letter from uscis,that's means is either you didn't submit or your medical has expired. and it will be stated them if they want RFE for you to do and send or wait to bring it along when you get your interview date.

@gina b ı never sene that. because uscis says “ for parents the interview maybe waive but for marriage based cases the petitioner and applicant must have interview “ This is a good thing. ı hope We will be the same as you. because interview is a stressfull thing for everyone.

@Larry Mark. No. I just got an RFE for the medicals that you are supposed to take to your interview; and my paralegal told me that is good because they might be considering waving the interview and after they received the medicals they approved (a month later)
