Filling multiple AOS
Hi,
I am have pending I-485 employment based, which have done Biometric step already.
I and my bf (us citizen) are planning to get married soon. Can I file i765 and I485 marriage based as well?
Do I need to withdraw my i485 employment based applications?
let me know if you go through same situation

emplyement based case has higher prioirty over family based case. So, don’t do that unless you talk to a lawyer.

my employees is out of state. my plan have been changed, I am no longer want to move there to work.
