filling for waiver i751
if anyone has filled for the waiver while joint i751 was pending what did you have to send to the USCIS? do you need to submit new evidence at this point? besides informing them that you are getting divorce. or do you usually bring everything you have with you to the interview?

I did, and I haven’t heard back from them.
1. You have to submit your divorce decree
2. You have to submit a cover letter, requesting why you want to convert your application. Ensure you write a brief introduction about how you met your spouse and what led to the divorce.
3. Gather evidences that you have since you submitted your application to the day your divorce is final and submit them.
4. Send the whole package to the service center handling your application, then wait to you hear from them. (It might take a while, and it’s either an approval or an interview)
It is easier than you think.
