Filling day Projection 2025 FY
Hi all,
Do we have any idea of how the filling/ final action day will progress in 2025 fiscal year? Getting to the point where I’m contemplating whether I need a day1 cpt or wait if PD actually reaches February until May 2025.

Seeing the past, it might only move 3-4 months from August 23.

Ideally- at the end of FY, the DOA will slowly meet DOF.
so we can expect 4-5 months movement in DOA through FY25.

My PD is February 2024. so basically, minimal movement of DOF so that DOA can catch up? That means that by October 2025 we will still be in December 2024. That’s a bit concerning as it makes the GC process 1.5 years just to be able to file.

@iordanis kesisog Unfortunately that's the case for EB2 due to large backlog on NIW cases.
